Pamela Young
A Nationally Certified Massage and Watsu Practitioner, Pamela has over 20 years experience in the medical and massage fields. Deep tissue, Watsu, Cranial Sacral and Lymphatic work are her main modalities; however she is trained in Reiki, Thai, La Stone, Pregnancy, Sports, and geriatric massage therapies in addition.
Currently a senior therapist at MiiAmo Spa in Sedona, Arizona, USA, Pamela teaches both deep tissue and Watsu.
Pamela was raised on the Hopi, Navajo, and Alaskan Indian Reservations and is deeply interested in the Native cultures. Traveling to Guatemala and Australia as well as India and Mauritius have been her latest adventures, having worked and taught at Ananda in the Himalayas in 2008.
Thrilled to be working and teaching at Ananda and Ista Spas, Pamela returns to reacquaint with her many friends in India and share her massage expertise with guests, both at Ananda and the Spas at Ista.

With over 20 years of experience, Colette brings a wealth of knowledge in mind/body therapies.
Her thirst for knowledge and truth, fueled by her intuitive abilities, has led Colette on a journey of studying and learning from Masters in varied fields, from the ancient teachings of indigenous cultures around the world, to modern day physician, osteopaths, psychologists and healers. The people whose lives she has touched around the world have recognized Colette’s multi-disciplinary approach to healing and her deep passion to empower her clients.
